HEY HI HELLO!

richelle k consulting is super dear to my heart and I’m really excited about the opportunity to bring all of my passions and ideas to life. I have so many, and it is often hard to have them peacefully coexist. My thoughts are often all over the place, so whenever I have a moment when they seem to align, I make things like RKC happen.
richelle k consulting was born a long, long time ago. I began blogging in 2013, mostly about NYFW, my latest obsessions in pop culture (probably Rihanna and Kylie Jenner at the time). My dreams consisted of being able to afford all of the brands I was familiar with (including Chanel and Givenchy (I knew how to pronounce it properly and I bragged about it). Today, my hobbies are a bit more expansive than taking photos of UNCG’s burgeoning fashionistas. Over the past five years I’ve become increasingly interested in journalism, graphic design and digital marketing. These are all things I’ve indirectly learned about, and even studied while getting my degree. Somehow in 2019, I was inspired to make them into a business, and now I’m learning and facing the challenges of being an entrepreneur. Shout out to my dad for being the first in my life to show me what 25 years of successful business could look like.
RKC has always been a part of my life as I’ve been in retail for almost ten years. I’ve folded, managed logistics and an entire team in a boutique. I’ve even helped decide what you guys buy in a well-known discount store. All of those opportunities, gave me just a little bit of insight to what this world would look like. Although, I’m still learning to tread water, I can say I am proud that I am not allowing myself to drown. like Drake said, “The moment I stop having fun with it, I’ll be done with it.”
If you couldn’t already tell, I’m a HUGE fan of talking/writing; honestly, I can’t stop. So please, drop a comment and say hello, tell me what you want to chat about; because this is the beginning of some beautiful, controversial, inspiring conversations I hope to have with you all in the future.
Thank you so much for the support and love I already feel coming!
Xoxo, richelle k
(funny, that’s how I used to sign my old blog posts on tumblr)
